Safer Communities, Stronger Schools, and A Government For Everyone
We love this place. But, right now, it feels like we are doing everything right but still getting squeezed. Karson Kamenetz is running to move Baltimore County forward.
"I'm running because Baltimore County needs leadership rooted in competence, integrity, and a willingness to listen."
— Karson Kamenetz
Karson Kamenetz is a lifelong resident of Baltimore County and a University of Maryland, College Park graduate who learned to analyze the fine-print of policy and how government actually works.
"Karson's candidacy is not about inheriting a title. It is about earning trust."
His father, Kevin Kamenetz, served as Baltimore County Executive for more than a decade — the longest-serving County Executive in Baltimore County history. Losing his father gave Karson a clear sense of what matters: showing up relentlessly and leaving your community better than you found it.
"I'm running because Baltimore County needs leadership rooted in competence, integrity, and a willingness to listen. You deserve a Councilmember that truly understands the issues, tells the truth, and knows county government well enough to solve complex problems. Hold me accountable to that standard."
Join the campaign and help us build a better Baltimore County.

Karson sits down with Nestor on WNST to talk all things Baltimore County, Karson's campaign, and what we have to do to improve public safety in the new District 4.

"…Cerebral and driven…. [with] a strong command of policy, a relentless approach to campaigning and a belief in government as a tool to better people's lives."

We had a great turnout at our recent Winter Happy Hour Reception at Jilly's. Stay tuned for future events and opportunities to meet Karson.
